About tap controls
Tap the flexible clip (A) or the earcuff body (large) (B) to control features such as music playback, phone calls, or changing the setting of the listening mode.
To tap the headset, use the pad of your index finger.

- If the headset does not respond to tapping, check the following.
- Ensure that you are tapping firmly
Light touches may not be recognized. - Check whether the tapping intervals are too long or too short
When you tap the headset multiple times, tap it quickly with an interval of about 0.2 seconds between taps. - Check that the tapping strength, location, and direction are consistent
- Make sure that you are not touching the headset or your ear before or after performing the tapping action
- If the headset does not respond, wait for more than one second before trying to tap again
- Ensure that you are tapping firmly
